I ordered 2 items which were both shipped together. Only one arrived. I reached out and got an immediate replacement for the item missing from the shipment. The package had clearly been through a lot on its way to me and the second piece most likely fell out. The service provided was swift and appreciated. The jewelry itself seems top quality and better looking in person than online. I will certainly be a returning customer.
