Returns

Unused, undamaged products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact customer service for assistance.

To help you get the most out of your jewelry, we suggest:

- Do not wear jewelry if you are going to swim or bathe. Protect it from moisture and store in a dry place. If your jewelry does get wet, immediately remove it and thoroughly dry the pieces.

- Take your jewelry off before you go to sleep.

- Be careful with perfume, body lotion and other cosmetics; these can cause discoloration if they come into contact with the metal in your jewelry. For example, apply perfume first and then put on your jewelry afterwards.

- Dry your hands before putting on jewelry.

- Polish the jewelry with a special cloth from time to time, and take care of leather often (like shoes).
